MY STORY
BACKGROUND
Suel Fernandez entered the stage as a dancer at the age of 7. In the 1980s, she moved with her mother and siblings from Uruguay (South America) to Switzerland. For many years she worked with USA dance greats such as Shabba-Doo, Popin Pete and Boogaloo Sam, who are also responsible for choreographies and shows by Michael Jackson, Lionel Ritchie, Madonna and many other artists.
For years she toured all over Europe as a background dancer for Captain Jack and Squeezer and received a lot of press attention in Switzerland.
In 2003 she got the offer to sing and perform the official Mister Switzerland song in the St. Jakobshalle Basel. The show was broadcast on Swiss television. This is how Michael Kull's "Dance with me" came about. The single was successful and the press about the native Latina was great. This is how their first album "Come with me" came about. Then she worked with the music producer Sergio Fertitta (Music Star, The Voice, Bligg, Snoop Dogg, Coolio, Shaggy, Jermaine Jackson, etc.) on the second album.
2003 - 2008 followed many appearances, including with Coolio. In 2009 her son David was born and she said goodbye to show business for the time being.
COMEBACK
The contact to Sergio never broke off. Sergio, who is now back in Switzerland after a long stay in the USA, motivated Suel to make a comeback. Suel's heart still beats for music, especially dancing and performance. With great motivation and a lot of heart and soul, the new single is currently being created, which will be released in the summer of 2021. Cool Latin beats that make you feel the summer. Enjoy the moment and your life!
